<<I hunger for the Kraft IPO, come on, I love there macoroni and cheese, ggg You can always eat it if the trade goes bad >>

Seriously....anybody else getting in on this IPO....at $8 billion it will be second largest IPO in History........I really am at a loss.....part of me thinks in this "iffy" market.....taking a chance with an ipo at that valuation could be risky....at the same time.......in this "iffy" market...folks are turning more towards safer type crap....Kraft is a household name and no matter what economy does, people will always buy cheese, cereal, oreo's and etc.......But I really am at a loss as to what to do....so much stock is beaten down to low levels........the ipo price will value kraft at over $8 billion.....I just can't figure out whether it is worth the risk or not....part of me is saying if shares are available to a little joe like me, then maybe demand isnt that great....then again, it's an awful lot of shares being distributed............

Any opinions?

Thanks Keith
