Jim, re: GOTO, Although such contradictions usually don't stop them, ML might not feel right about highlighting GOTO unless they raise their $18-19 price target first.

Based on ML's implied appreciation criteria, GOTO qualifies for a SELL rating rather than an Accumulate, but ML often ignores its own ratings guidelines.
