Am I correct in recalling that the appeals court's decisions are announced at 10AM on Tuesdays and Fridays?

That is what is the norm for the Appeals Court. However, I wonder if they make a special pre-announcement to advise of the upcoming ruling for MSFT case...due to its importance to the financial markets.
That is why I don't expect a suprise decision at 10:00 AM on those days.....unless it is very positive for MSFT and these judges want to make a splash and hand a gift to investors.<g>
It all depends upon what whether their rulings release date/time policy is strict or flexible.(just speculating of course--my guess is that it is really up to the judges)

If anyone is interested, you can register for an alert with the Courts to get any notice on the DOJ/MSFT case decision. I don't know if the alert would be before it hits the newswire..we shall see.
