Hi

I heard it's going to be available to employees of Philip Morris June 11 and I believe the public June 13. There's a note up at work about it, I'll have to look closer at it when I go in today.

Regards, Cindy

I don't think it will go quite as ballistic as KKD, just because it's so big. As far as valuation goes, it would actually be $40 billion, since $8 billion only represents 20% of the shares outstanding. Still, MO reported 2001 earnings from the Kraft division of $4.755 billion, so that only comes to 8.4 times 2000 earnings. PE ratio doesn't sound like much of a worry.

The date I have for the IPO is June 13.
