CPN. Either CA pays its accounts receivables in full or CPN will have to reserve for bad debts. If CA defaults, CPN can raise its
rates and in effect cancel its 10yr fixed rate contract with CA. Either way, new plants coming on line soon will increase revenues.

next support for CPN is 41 then 38, until it can stabilize I would stay away.
