Well, all democracies are dictatorships Well, that will go down as one of the more asinine pronouncements of recent history. I suggest you live for a few years under a true dictatorship. Perhaps Iraq would serve you best. Then come back and make the same statement.

As usual Chris got it right. We, all of us, have it much too easy to understand what real tyranny is like. Did you boot me off just to feel the power? Every time you hit the SUBMIT button, do you secretly wish everyone would? It couldn't have been for any real grievance, since the kids are just imaginary, and your own sensibilities are much too callous to have been offended by me. It doesn't matter, I am unlikely to post there anyway, since I don't like constantly having a gun to my head , especially one with a hair trigger. Will you be having any book burnings on the Island soon? Of course it will all be done under the pretense of keeping the kids warm. Most will understand of course, since they are all like minded. If not, people will just have to learn, as you say, to; "Get used to it..."
