I am under the impression that Qualcomm's royalty rates are much higher for handsets than infrastructure equipment using their IPR. Do you know any more specifics about this issue? Who do you think is more popular: Kobe or Shaq? I'm wondering how many years the Lakers will lord it over the rest of the NBA. They seem unbeatable when they're not dysfunctional.
