Cobalt Blue, Thank you for the thought.But aren`t you jumping the gun on this one as well? ....If one would apply todays standards in political correctness, a case could be made that the US was actually obliged to act in good faith benevolence by repaying the historical debt it owned at that time to Germany.The yearly Steuben Parade in Sin City is a circus act and a joke and should be replaced. And if it wouldn't have been for the German Generals the war which liberated your country- would have been lost. Don`t get the impression that I am jumping you or the content of your post. But I am always all ear if anyone states that Germany in any form or fashion profited as a nation from a financial deal originating in the US. Never did and most likely never will. Regards, ED
