It's scheduled to be done on the 12th of never. I think as soon as this stretch is finished they will make another section 6 lanes. The traffic flow is better this time. The first section was a nightmare.

There was one plan to shut the whole bypass down and funnel all 55 and 74 traffic onto Main Street. There's a bridge over a closed section of rail and the plan was to remove the bridge, fill the gap and lay pavement. I think that's been shelved.
