Saw deal with UUNET division of WCOM, approx. 25 mln. shares out already Today and meeting Thursday re spinning off MCIT as a tracking stock. Continued good news out from PTEK Today, sounds like They will be selling of one of divisions based on comments from last CC and now investment banker Morgan Keegan. Nice excerpt from MK recommendation at post # 42949 AT PTEK Yahoo board.
