Is it over???
The economic slowdown? No The recession? No
High productivity growth. Was it part of the stock market, IT spending bubble?
If so it is a long slow road ahead of us.

But the Fed is cutting.
Yes, and monetary policy has always worked?
No! It has never worked after a bubble.

This time its different? This time its over?

(Any economic historians out there who know of a period monetary policy worked after a bubble please correct me.)
