Mr. McGowan,

I am pleased to announce that the United Kingdom has agreed to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of JXM Enterprises, Inc. The negotiations were tough, and ultimately to save the deal we agreed to let them proceed with their "election" yesterday. Those elected, however, understand that as of this afternoon, they report to JXM or his designee.

Four planeloads of models will be arriving at the home office over the weekend for, ummmm, duties and auditions.

We also got a helluva a deal for the employees on theatre tickets. The company sound system will now play exclusively Beatles and Stones tunes for the next 72 hours

James, your new assistant, Lady Thatcher, is on line 1. She is muttering something about the euro and the gold standard. Sounds kind of loony -- she may have eaten too much red meat. I assume you know how to handle her.

Regards,

OMD
