David, I think you've got a good point that multinationals may feel that the Australian dollar may be in the
neighborhood of some longer term lows and hence it's a good time for capital investment in Australia.

I was talking with a friend who just got back from a two week trip to Aus and New Zealand and he saw some
US investors doing this type of investing due to the strong purchasing power that the US Dollar has
in that region.
