Drea, that sounds too good for words. I'll try it
this weekend.

For salmon lovers:

I picked up some fresh wild BC spring salmon fillets
yesterday. Fresh and wild are the operative words here.

Sprinkled a little lemon juice on each, topped with
chopped dill and barbequed them, skin side down, over
low heat with the BBQ lid down. It took longer than
usual but DON'T overcook - just till it flakes apart.

It was to die for.

Gotta start dinner now - fresh halibut. I love this
time of year.

Hi Drea - that recipe sounds fantastic! I'm copying Rose and will try it out this weekend also.

Cheers from rainy Texas,

Drea, Pasta with brie was the yummiest! My daughter loved it too. I forgot the artichoke hearts (which I love), but next time I'll add 'em in. Gave some leftovers to a friend, she's going to try it with some shrimp. It could not have been simpler to make.
