Hi Marc,
So much bad news is already built in that except for some drastically bad earnings reports next week, we may see a continued rally short term. My plan is to stick with the money flows, (biotechs today) and be cash by Friday. I think some drastic action by LU will be applauded by investors and not considered a negative...

This is pretty slimy of LU to report this late. I respected alot of US companies prior to year 2001 and actually felt bad for them as they tumbled from their March 2000 high.

However, seeing companies like CSCO, LU, CA, ORCL, INTC, etc.... play accounting games at the risk of furthering losses for American investors makes me sick to my stomach. The integrity of the US financial markets is at stake.... so I have no choice tomorrow but to short disfunctional companies like LU tomorrow. LOL.
