i don't think avci fellon that news. i think if you compare avci and almost any other optical / networking stock for the period of the last few weeks, you'll see similar drops. the lawyers will probably get something as they are a nuisance but whatever settlement the insurance pays will be almost completely eaten by the lawyers and costs. they are a nuisance to the co. and do require time to respond to depositions etc.
