In America, Republicans have historically done more for the poor, while Democrats have done net harm. A growing economy is the ONLY way for the poor to EVER become not-poor. There is nothing else. Period. And the Dems have, for many decades, condemned the poor to remaining poor with their charlatan socialism. The Democrats are intellectually bankrupt morons. The Republicans have created a lot for the poor which allows them to advance, while living better than 18th century kings EVEN WHILE STILL POOR.
