carl:
it seems granularity and prices are a big issue comparing prices of registered DDR and RDRAM.

For 64 128 and 512 MB RDRAM RIMM's are cheaper than registered DDR. At 256 MB, RDRAM is 40 and 60% higher than PC1600 and PC2100. Just give RDRAM until Sep and differences at 256 MB will be smaller as I predicted earlier. The price of 512 MB RIMM is form SMT through Imgram. PLease feel free to update any not available prices as you wish.
