Nice rant. -g-

The conspiracy theory looks inviting because the Bucks got robbed last year against the Pacers in the first round, in Games 4 & 5. At the end of Game 5, several crucial calls went Indiana's way, and they were horrible calls. In particular, Reggie Miller got stuffed cleanly on a dunk attempt, and was sent to the line. That might have even been the final possession, but I don't remember.

The Bucks only weakness is Glenn Robinson. His defense has been attrocious in the playoffs. Tracy McGrady lit him up in Round 1. Jamal Mashburn lit him up in Round 2. Most shockingly, Aaron McKie lit him up in Round 3. Down the stretch of every game, defensive breakdowns by Glenn Robinson occurred at key moments. His offense is solid, and certainly not enough to make up for his defense. I am guessing that he has a big contract, and would be tough to unload.

If Sam Cassell didn't complain to refs about the way they called that series, I wouldn't respect him. I certainly didn't see Cassell lose focus at any point in that series.
