Well the judge was right...

It has nothing to do with humanity. Monica wanted cash as much as she wanted to win matches.Everyone knows that.This seriously deranged Guenther did`t not approve of Monica`s life style and thoughts. Neither did he approve of stars bringing their cash into another country to avoid German Tax.

His defense convinced the judge that Guenther did not intent to stab the tennis star like between the rips.He only wanted to leave a mark on her body as a sign of his personal disapproval.

Which sounds very credible to me. The man must be insane by not killing her when he could.

The judge apparently saw it the same way.
