Failure? I heard that IFX won, is not it?
And where those attorneys have been during the trial?
Collecting thoughts on how to appeal, or what?

I guess those arguments were already tried, but the
jury nevertheless delivered the verdict we all know about.
Therefore this document is just a collection of
Rambus's weak arguments, nothing more.

edwards, you probably believe oj simpson's book that picks apart the prosecution's case. after all, the glove didn't fit. ;-)

quoite proof texting your own opinion. you open yourself to abuse by those that wish to sell you stock.
