Chris.....regarding Cramers portfolio...
I'm not impressed. It has been proven more than once that you can either flip a coin or throw darts at a diverse list of stocks and come up with results that are as good or better than paid "professionals". Cramers list is nothing more than a well diversified basket of stocks. The fact that the Nasdaq is up considerably since April 1st is probably the main factor in its profitability at all.
Please understand this is strictly my opinion, and I am somewhat biased as I have no more respect for him than I do any other tout. If you pick the best companies in various sectors I believe you can easily come out with results that are as good if not better. Two months ago he was sour on tech and the market, and now he's crowing like a rooster....he's just like all the rest.....just my opinion..

Chris; Re> Message #8625 from Chris at Jun 6, 2001 4:59 AM cramer's portfolio not bad. 5%+ since inception (april 2001) Jim Cramer's Portfolio
Begun April 1, 2001

------------------
I do hope your kidding and making a joke..Cramer sucks, he's a overpaid hypester who baits in
idiot suckers.
In case your not kidding just look at the NDX in the same time window..it's up 27% while he has
been bashing most tech.
-----------------
You can't believe anything Cramer says.
Jim
PS
I'm up 17% in that time window and I think I haven't done crap..but I'v only
been half ass trying too, and I've been staying more in cash than invested..
90% of my gains are from short term scalps on the QQQ , I'm still
leery about not staying as liquid as I can..
