The very fact that biotechs can complete offerings in this environment speaks volumes. Not many unprofitable techs can even dream of equity offerings at the moment.

I will be interested in seeing where SCIO and ITMN can price their deals. ITMN has bounced a lot from the bottom, but the size of the deal is small so I doubt they need much of a discount to induce buyers. I'll see if I can get a few shares through UBS, but I doubt I will succeed.
