Oh thats terrible about your trip, Bop this really is incredible I dont think I have ever seen anything like it, it makes u not even want look outside anymore. Very depressing that u have a few nice months and they r being taken away from you from Mother Nature, I really dont know how much more I can take. Next month I am going on a cruise, thought it was stupid to go during the summer, now Im glad to get out of here, yuk

20 years in Mich, 17 in Seattle, 30 in Calif, 7 in TX.
Texas the best of the last frontiers. Land of great opportunities.But one has to chose carefully. Downtown Dallas and you are back with freeways and traffic. Austin is the prettiest but expensive. Country land for
500 to 3000 an acre. Most nearby neighbors have moved out of Ft Worth and glad they did. 5 to 20 acres easy to find.
No need to plant flowers, the fields are full of them
