I don't think so, if you notice the filing date was 5/29, I think that was the day of the announcement of the collar.

If I remember correctly, the approx 10 million shares were placed with an institutional investor (from the pr: "The block transaction, completed last week,...").

I think this was just a filing that had to be made due to sec rules and regulations (if you remember, there was someone during that time who had their panties all up in a bunch calling it a conspiracy, etc that Winnick didn't have to register). Turns out that he did have to register, and like all of these 144 filings, they show up on the newswires a few days late (often after an insider has already sold in some cases).

I think some people who saw 9,967,000 block sitting at 13 ask yesterday must be Winnick 144 filing. What I am not sure is this 10M 144 filing on 6/01 is in addition to COLLAR'd shares or they were the same...still don't understand if they were collar'd for some future date/price, how they could be offered for sale so quickly...
