Towards the end of the summer and early fall the market will start focusing on the prospects for 2002. If 2002 looks brighter the market will probably rally this fall. But how far can the NAZ really rally? The NAZ is already trading at a PE of 35 to 40 or so at its current level. How much can it really rally from here without a significant increase in earnings going forward?
