I think you've got four or five different concepts sort of mushed together and you need to separate them out.

Let me try:

1. Where is the money which is being invested coming from?

2. Is the money which is being invested being malinvested?

3. If the money is coming from retirement funds, what happens when everyone decides to retire at once?

4. If the money is coming from foreign investors, what happens if they decide to repatriate their funds and invest it elsewhere?

5. If the money which is being invested comes from "excess" credit (not sure what is meant by "excess" but I recognize that the term is meaningful to you) is this sustainable, and if not, then what?

Hope this helps.
