I agree with your outlook and also the fact that HP has internal issues. But one thing that I am watching is how their market views bear out. I think their market comments are candid and have demonstrated surprising visibility.

Semiconductor Sales : The SIA (Semiconductor Industry Association) released its mid-year forecast for semiconductor sales; after an expected 14% decline in 2001, the SIA sees 20.5% growth in 2002 and 25% growth in 2003.
