so, developing american minimum wage earner markets (people actually contributing to the success of america in a direct way!) is a bad thing but developing foreign markets is good?

perhaps all our american minimum wage friends ought to quit work, move to mexico and wait for cb to "dvelop" them into a market. ;-)

the continuity of logic appears to be contorted.

Exactly. And those who have concentrated the capital within their control can make this happen. But it will require thinking out of the box, I think.
