All atheists have a worldview just as all Christians do.

Atheists as individuals may have worldviews.

Atheism as a doctrine or principle or belief or whatever it is, does not. At least not according to my dictionary, which defines atheism simply as "the doctrine or belief that there is no God." Hardly a worldview.

Of if you contend atheism does have a worldview, please point me to the source and statement of it. And make sure it is a worldview that all, or virtually all, atheists would agree to.

and you ignored Stalin completely.

What Hitler would have done is an unknown. He most certainly would have wiped out the Catholic church in favor of no church or a state church. You have proven once again what a speculating spectator you really are.
