No they did not get money from those that perpetrated this fraud. The got money from the assets the bankruptcy trustee gathered together in settling the estate of SEXI. The perps got away for the most part. Please not that the Trustee,his lawyer and accountant used up $256K of the total estate value of $309K just to pay themselves and cover their expenses. Bankruptcy law in our country was written by lawyers for the benefit of their brother lawyers.
