Just that innocence isn't provable in the legal sense of the word. The fact that there is someone elses DNA at the crime scene is only proof that it is someone elses DNA and not proof that I couldn't have been at the crime scene. It is strong evidence and that is what convinces juries beyond a shadow of a doubt whether to convict or acquit. At least that's the way I under stand it. Shoot, I'm no lawyer. I don't know why I'm arguing with you. I agree with your main point.
