Larry, I was using Digrdug's numbers--.8 grams/cubic meter and a recovery cost of $4.00/cubic meter. $4.00 is the highest recovery cost that he has posted. He has also posted numbers as low as $1.80. Since he says he is "by far the most experienced placer miner that posts here. Plus all of that experience was gained in that area of Bolivia" (see 20641 on RB), who am I to question his numbers? I simply multiplied the profit/cubic meter, implied by his numbers, by the volume of Chaco mesa.

Larry, the little whiner is full of Crap!! He has totally twisted my positions. He refuses to acknowledge the corrections. Has everybody noticed that he never posts without mentioning me?? Tooo Funny!!

The correct version is that I have guessed they might find 100,000 ounces from 8gm/m3 material. From his "gross profit" you must deduct the co-op royalty, the impurities, the G&A expense at the mine, the sales costs etc. IMO there will be no profit!!

Let's count how many times he posts the opposite position in the next week, unless Jeff bounces him!!
