Mell's son is attacked by the bad guy. They have a great fight in which the son appears to be victorious (but we all know the bad guy is playing possum). The director clearly wanted to get us when the bad guy flips over and kills Mell's son. I thought I should be crushed at the end of this scene over the loss of this son. It didn't work and it pissed me off that they blew the scene so badly. I couldn't even weep over the son who the audience was really relating to at the time, Poor acting/directing. But, just that one scene.
