Saw one of the Republican commission members on Mathews last night. She got her copy of the draft just that morning, AFTER Berry helped the Washington Post do a hatchet job with it. The other Reoublican is blind, and needs someone to read him the draft, and has not had that yet. I sincerely doubt that a majority of the commissioners will now sign off. Also, Mathews had a Democrat "congressperson" on who was far too busy foaming at the mouth and shouting lies to even be coherent. Even Mathews was a bit put off.

Even the Washington Post would normally be expected to show a little shame at a journalistic travesty like this.

I am inclined to believe JudicialWatch. But then, it's easy to conclude no racism exists when your premise makes it impossible. So their conclusion is really a slam-dunk. The real issue is the voting equipment. Correcting the inequities in equipment such that a vote correctly made has an equal chance of being counted with all other votes would be a step forward.
