Update :BRCM lowered its views for second quarter revenue, now expecting a decrease of 32% to 35% from the first quarter's $318.1 million. The company's revised expectations would result in second quarter revenue between $206.8 million and $216.3 million. A Thomson Financial/First Call survey produced a mean revenue estimate of $254.7 million for Broadcom's second quarter. In a pres release Wednesday, the company said while current demand conditions are soft, it is starting to see some signs of stabilization for the second half of the year. that's about what I expect from INTC tomorrow as well, yada yada
