Joe, I smoked from age 17 to 34, 1-2 packs a day. I went to behavior modification. Its amazing what people will try to do to quit. I sat in a booth and let a man strap electrical pads to my arm and shock me when i smoked...lmao. It actually worked for couple months. I finally quit after i had the flu for 4 days and didn't smoke. Good luck to u..i haven't smoked now in 12 years. marv

Joe good luck. I smoked for 15 years quit with the patch and a desire to have a family( Couldn't raise a child in a toxic home). It's been 4 years and I still get cravings on high stress days. You need to sell yourself on an idea of why you shouldn't continue smoking, just a desire to quit isn't strong enough
Good luck
