Thanks, Dave. RE: NUT . . I think it has to do with a judgment, where Mauna Loa or their owner, C. Brewer Homes, has to pay a million or so to our little Hawaiian REIT. . . .and of course any monies paid in MUST be distributed among shareholders. I haven't looked into this one yet though, so I might be wrong about what is going on there. . . . but that is what makes sense off hand.
