that's not how i remember the story. first of all his cost basis was around five dollars. yes, silver did spike above $7 dollars on the announcement for a short time, but in the press release announcing his holdings, he clearly stated no further intention to purchase or sell silver in the near term.. also, he requested physically delivery, which i believe didn't even occur until silver prices started settling back down.
