I have spent some time in Toronto and Montreal area over the past year or so and many more complain about NT in Toronto than in Quebec area... I talked to alot of thirty somethings that are hung, but people with a little bit of age on them seemed to have bailed before the big drop. The elder folks seem to be alittle wiser. Maybe it's because they have seen many things go bust on the Toronto exchange, so when they are up they take profits... I've been burned buy a Toronto stock operator that was booted and moved down to the US to setup shop... You need to consider that CSCO has some 7+B shares OS, as someone pt'd out more stock OS than current global population...
