I imagine they are leaning toward those most generous NorEasterners as primary targets. It's similar to Keowee and the Cliff's of Glassey. Michigan and New York supply a majority of the retirees who are looking for mountains, golf and security. I avoid those areas for the most part. I love the regionality of the south. Being from Iowa I guess I am just a country bumpkin. :) Next time I hear someone say "well up north we..." I am going to explode on them.
