jaggs: Excellent post on California's energy problem. Bottom line is, the rest of the U.S. is unsympathetic and is not going to subsidize California's lack of political leadership and stupidity. Frankly, I hope businesses and high-tech companies begin to relocate from California; when this begins to hit the California economy's bottom line, they will begin to get serious about the problem and balance their need for new energy plants with their restrictive environmental regulations.
