UF: I don't have any "theories" of portfolio management. I do think that each individual would be well served to actually have some rules on such, specific to that individual. These rules might include some rebalancing or partial rebalancing, limitations on companies held in an industry or sector, or might for some use different asset classes under certain conditions. I think what holds many of us back is the desire to maximize our gains. We can't. That which may limit our losses may also limit our gains. - Pirah
