John, After Intel today and tomorrow, Microsoft is going to be the key indicator for the Nasdaq in the coming couple of weeks. That story that you posted of MSFT's Asian sales being up is good news. The focus is really going to be on the Appeals Court ruling.

We have seen from last year, what can happen on the Nasdaq after a MSFT court ruling...big selloff.
The same would be expected this time, imho.
I just think the odds of MSFT getting a reversal on some points is pretty high and there is even a chance of a complete victory for MSFT.

The upcoming MSFT decision is going to dictate market direction in the coming 2 to 3 weeks(imho). Looking forward to it. Decision is expected this month....however no advance notice of when it could happen so far.
