i know, and i disagree. too many people have suddenly turned bearish on gold and gold shares. that's typical for new bull markets: they are widely disbelieved. scores of former bulls have turned bearish or 'neutral' (which amounts to the same thing)...Kaplan, Russell, Drakulich, Sandspring, Shartsis..to name a few. the contrarian conclusion is that they are very likely wrong.

I've been watching yields and wondering about the same, but I think something will "throw" AG and he will cut agressively again -- I think the bonds are currently in a small, temporary counter-trend rally.

People keep saying the markets are discounting another .25. I think he will do 0.5, at least, and maybe not wait for the next meeting ... there's a lot of bad news that is being glossed over by the financial press. NAPM is just the tip, I think and AG has access (supposedly) to better info.
