More good news. Love him or hate him, Mr. Softee is important for a myriad of other techs.
For example, we just heard CTXS say that things seem to be picking up.
I'm a fundamentalist, I have no idea what the market is going to do next week. But with hydrocarbon prices having topped (I still have my fingers crossed on this one, but a lot of smart people think they have), the platform is in place for a broad-based rally, IMO.
Gasoline prices where I live have dropped 16 cents in the last few weeks. Still high, but the trend is lower.
Now, in tech-land, we've already seen an advance that may, underline MAY, be getting ahead of itself. Some smart people think so. I'm hoping we get a moderate correction this fall, on schedule, because I'm really bullish about 2002.
Remember, 2002 is an election year, and there are more than a few incumbents, in both parties, who are getting nervous. 2002 should be a really good year, IMO.
