- Only recently, G.Moore addressed Market Risk, by saying that there are times when you should be out of stocks altogether.

Which is why I have doubts about some of his more recent pronouncements. The market does not move up or down at a predictable rate. It fluctuates in an unpredictable manner and if you are not in stocks at the wrong very small timeframe and the market moves upward you have missed the a big chunk of that year's move. Look at this years April-May results as an example.
