Rob,

Have you noticed that there has been no new deals for Amazon similar to the Toys R Us deal? That is all one hears about is the Toys R Us deal but that was a year ago now as was the Babys R Us in terms of making the deal. The Borders deal was a way for Borders to dump a money losing division on Amazon and has no profit for Amazon. The end continues to draw closer. Working capital is about gone. Cash is dwindling and it is getting quite late for any deals for this hiliday season. In addition, it has been made clear the Best Buy has no interest in teaming up with Amazon.

Let's say that Amazon makes the pro forma profit based ont heir definition of Q4 2001 and all of 2002. What are they going to do for working capital and cash? This is not a real profit nor is it a cash flow positive position.
