That's why reparations in the form of educational credits for the disenfranchised make such good sense. Only those who apply themselves and "earn the grade" in school would benefit. The end result would be less complacency and fewer people on welfare.

This is a marvelous idea. I'm glad I stumbled upon it. I really should write my right-wing congressman and two right-wing senators and urge them to support this concept.

Thanks...<g> you are exactly correct, the libbocrappers talk about the 'oppressed' but the sad fact is they have actually created the oppressed society, and now they use them and they need their votes to perpetuate the hoax..... shame on them.....
