You don't know anything about the justice system do you. The Supreme court usually allows only 1 hour of oral arguments from each side during the entire hearing of the case. That's not 'better or detailed' in my opinion. This case wasn't to the point where it needs to be in order to be handed to the SC and that's VERY obvious.

You are just irritating us aren't you? That's your only point now it seems. None of your comments hold any water, they aren't based on fact, they're just meant to annoy the MSFT supporters.

You need to get a life, go back to the SUNW board and hope the economy turns around so you guys don't have to warn on such a continual basis.

SUNW is still in a downtrend and MSFT is in a strong uptrend. Does anything else really need to be said?
